Welcome to the registration page for the 3rd World Congress on Alcohol and Addictions.

All persons intending to attend the Congress must complete an online Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Congress Managers at register.isbra2024@arinexgroup.com

Early Bird Registrations
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 1 July 2024 AEST.

Workshops (for more information on available workshops click here )
The Congress will be hosting numerous workshops open to all registered delegates. All delegates that wish to register to a workshop must complete the registration form. For further assistance, contact register.isbra2024@arinexgroup.com. 

Lower Income Countries
Delegates from these countries as defined by the World Bank will eligible for the low and middle-income registration rates. Please refer to the World Bank list at https://data.worldbank.org/country/XO.

Student Registrations
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the discounted rate.  A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Managers via email register.isbra2024@arinexgroup.com. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Visa Requirements
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Please note that, for international participants, to obtain an Australian visa an invitation letter is not required. Once you have registered and paid the registration fees in full then your confirmation of registration or tax invoices for payment of registration fees is sufficient to lodge with your visa application.

Note – it is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least 2-3 months prior to departure from your port of origin.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Full Congress Registrations

  • Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
  • Access to the Welcome Reception
  • Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
  • Entry to the trade exhibition across the Congress days
  • Access to discounted accommodation rates at nearby hotels, available exclusively for ISBRA-APSAAR 2024 attendees (available soon)

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Congress by Arinex’.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.isbra2024@arinexgroup.com

Registration Fees: Cancellations on or before Friday 21 June 2024 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee. Cancellations from Saturday 22 June 2024 to Tuesday 13 August 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after Wednesday 14 August 2024 will not be entitled to refunds.

Social Tickets: Payments are non-refundable from Wednesday 14 August 2024.

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.

The Organiser of the 3rd World Congress of Alcohol and Addictions 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.  Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.  Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
